Helping Hands

Community Impact

TTCS follows Jesus' command to love our neighbors; our entire crew participates in several ways.

  1. Opening Night ticket sales are donated to local organizations/individuals in need.

  2. Unsold items are passed on to families in our communities that need them.

  3. Consignors earn money for their households by selling no-longer-needed items in a safe environment.

  4. Shoppers buy clothes, shoes, toys and more for their families for pennies on the dollar.

  5. Good stewardship of the earth is practiced by recycling and reusing things that may otherwise be taken to landfills. In the US alone, around 85% of textiles end up in landfills annually.

  6. Camaraderie between shoppers and consignors and crew and local organizations flourishes.

We invite you to join us and see what it's all about!

Matthew 22:37-39 : "Jesus said to him, 'You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul and with all your mind'.

This is the first and great commandment.  And the second is like it:

'You shall love your neighbor as yourself'."

Fall Sale Crew 2023

All About Us

The Treasure Chest Sale began in 2014 with a handful of consignors; it has since grown to be Rocky Mount's premier pop-up consignment event, with over 1500 consignors over the past 10 years.

The Crew is led by Mary Beth, the crazy lady who started it all up; our Deck Hands are friends and families who graciously help organize, set-up, cashier, clean up, bring chicken salad and donuts, unload/load-out, entertain, and keep us laughing the whole 9 days.

The BEST part? Seeing families grow from season to season, year to year, fellowshipping all along the way.
