Time to Input!
Working With Your Inventory
There are now TWO ways to input your inventory!! The standard, normal way we have been doing it for years, OR the NEW Turbo Tagging system. All percentages remain the same, and which you choose to use is up to you. Please read below for more information.
Traditional
Consignors will choose from the drop-down menus first the category then the size; then in the free text boxes they will list the brand in the first and a description of the item in the 2nd. The price is then entered, and the boxes for "Discount" and "Donate" are then checked.

Pros: Makes it easy to see what you have sold as we upload reports. Also makes pick-up easy as the report will have all the info from the tag on it.

Cons: It does take longer to input everything.
Turbo Tagging
This allows the consignor to use the same system, but without inputting specific information about each item. All that is required is "Something" in the first description box (in the example to the right, we used a dot) and a price.

Process
​
Susie has 78 items to consign. Some of those items are going to be marked $2, some up to $12. Susie is going to sort her items out by PRICE.

1. Make a pile for $2 items, $3 items, and so on.
2. Enter SOMETHING in the first description box.
3. Enter the price.
4. Choose discount and donate options.
5. Choose how many tags to print at the price (up to 25 per entry). If you have 30 $3 items, do 25 $3 items then 5 more $3 items.

PLEASE NOTE: for anything that has a "size" (clothing and shoes), a size MUST be in the top right hand side. This can be chosen from the drop-down menu OR handwritten in. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Pros: this is FAST!

Cons: Consignors will not know what has sold as all they will see on the consignor report is a dot or whatever they have chosen for that first box. Pick-up will be more difficult, as there will be no list of unsold items. Matching items with lost tags will be impossible.

Bottom line: if you are short on time, or if you do not plan to pick up, or you just want to hit the EASY button, this is a GREAT option for you!
